Smart Farms

Emergent Tech and Value in the Agriculture Supply Chain

July 25-27, 2018

The Dutchess - A secret hotel and farm in the Hudson Valley - Rhinebeck, NY

MegaFood, Producers Market, Terra Genesis and more

Join us for the first ever Smart Farms weekend at a beautiful hotel/farm in Rhinebeck, NY. We have invited some of the biggest players in this space for a 3 day intensive invent-the-future-brainstorm. Our goal is plan a future where farmers are rewarded by owning their own resources and data. In order to ensure that enough agricultural land is transitioned to drawdown carbon, we must make sure farmers have support from companies like us with the resources to make that happen.

If you are interested in helping to shape this future, please let us know by RSVP below.

This invitation is for you only. Please contact us if you cannot attend and feel that someone should attend in your place.

Farmers grow our food, nourish our soil and feed trillions of humans, animals and bacteria all over the planet. Unfortunately, the agricultural value chain is stacked against them, which has extreme negative consequences for consumers, our ecosystem and economy.

As the top whole foods supplement manufacturer, Megafood is a purchaser of large quantities of produce from farmers around the world. We’ve been listening to our farmers and want to find a solution that gives back to our planet. We think that by decentralizing and tokenizing the agricultural value chain, we can create a new, more efficient model that reduces the cost of produce, sequesters more carbon, and puts more money directly in the pockets of farmers.

Participation is thoughtfully curated and invitation only. The group is comprised of those creating serious impact within this unique space. This is a chance to gather with peers, dive deep and potentially discover a new understanding. Everything is taken care of for us; from food to experience design. The flow of our time together is designed to facilitate the highest level and deepest conversations and connections with self, environment, topic and each other.

  • Arrival - Wednesday July 25th - before 2pm
  • Departure - Friday July 27th - Evening
  • The cost of this event is covered by our sponsors. However we require a $350 participation fee to secure your spot. Transportation to the event is not included.

Two aspects distinguish this event

This is not a conference where business leaders serve as magnets to draw other attendees. This time is for us. It will be an intimate group setting (between 15-30 participants) set it in a beautiful secluded farm in the Hudson River Valley.

You have been selected for both your interest in the topic and your unique posistion of influence. We will enrich our personal perspectives and expand our awareness of the implications of our work on a global scale and our role in such a shift.

What to expect

Who should attend

Smart Farms is a private, invite-only event. We have curated a small group of visionary leaders who are actively transforming agriculture through technologies such as blockchain.  Are you passionate about soil conservation, sustainable farming and technology and have a proven track record of making great things happen? If so, you should be here.

You'll join in the company of farmers, founders and executives from MegaFood, Regen.Network, Producers Market, Habitas,, and some others who are too popular to mention here.
